From the field notes

A two-storey building faces the wet road, its white rendered walls stained dark at the base. Teal-green steel columns divide the façade down the centre, where a metal ladder leans against the upper storey. The entrance doors are dark timber, ornate panels at the bottom. Blue corrugated metal awnings extend over the footpath, buckled and patched. Orange and green traffic cones line the kerb. Snow falls through flat grey light. Bare vines grip the left wall. Plaster is missing in patches, exposing rough concrete beneath.
