    Shipping Policy

    Shipping Charges

    All orders within Australia are charged a flat shipping rate of $15. For international orders, please contact us at info@lostcollective.com prior to placing your order for a custom freight quote.

    Lead Times

    Our prints are custom-made to order using premium materials and crafted by hand by Australian small businesses. Due to the bespoke nature of our products and the extensive range of variations, we do not hold stock of all items. Please allow the following delivery times for Australian orders:

    • Unframed Prints: 5-10 business days from the date of order (often arriving within 2 business days).
    • Framed Prints: 10-20 business days from the date of order.
    • Glass Prints: 10-20 business days from the date of order.

    Busy Periods: During peak times such as Christmas or other major holidays, lead times may increase. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to place your order early. Additionally, many businesses, including our production partners, have a Christmas cut-off period, after which new orders may not be produced until the new year. If timing is a concern, please contact us at info@lostcollective.com to confirm availability.

    International Shipping

    For international shipping inquiries, please email us at info@lostcollective.com for a custom quote.

    Please note that items shipped internationally may be subject to duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any applicable charges. Lost Collective cannot advise on these costs, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.

    Tracking and Delivery

    We will provide updates on your order, including notifications when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered. Tracking information will be included with every order to ensure you can monitor your package's progress.

    Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Ensure you provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    Every item is professionally inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, request that the carrier notes the damage before you accept the package.

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@lostcollective.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or fault and the original packaging (if available) to assist with the replacement process. While retaining the original packaging is recommended for returns, it is not mandatory.

    Lost Collective is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.
