Original timber swing doors, weathered and worn, still mark the entry point from the footpath down to the basement.

This was where kegs were delivered and removed, a routine that kept the beer flowing through the public bar of the Terminus Hotel. The glass panel above the doors, now boarded behind, still bears the hotel’s name in red script framed by decorative flourishes. Sunlight catches on the surrounding green tiles, where a single floral motif repeats along the façade.

Even the service entrance here was given a sense of ceremony.
